We elevated orange weather balloons to a height of 28 feet, which is the height of the proposed water tanks, then used a drone to take video of the views from various locations around the area. Of the 11 locations we checked, the tanks were only visible at ground level from one location.

Pennington Park and McBride Avenue

JFK High School at Preakness Avenue

Paterson Great Falls at Maple Street
